Start to finish.
Many individuals commonly struggle with prioritizing, and efficiently completing tasks. As one continues to mentally debate on which task to start first, the list continues to grow. As the list grows, so does the stress. As individuals become overwhelmed, they sometimes never manage to complete a single task on the list.
Coaching is effective in helping improve your ability to manage daily tasks for several reasons: 1. Accountability 2. Skill development 3. Encouragement

Maladaptive behaviors: I thought that was normal
“Why didn’t I notice it sooner?” An example I’ve provided to often help individuals understand how they’ve gone their entire life, and be oblivious to the maladaptive behaviors is have them consider what it would be like to live your life up until this moment, and suddenly be given a pair of glasses, putting them on, seeing the world in a completely new way, and realizing all that you had been missing out on.

Applying the principle of parsimony in treatment: It really should be that simple.
The goal of a treatment provider should not be to trick you like a magician; instead, should be teaching you how the techniques work so you can implement them into your daily life.

Change: It seems simple, but why is it difficult?
Successful change occurs gradually, and becomes habitual.
